Entrance fees for cottage homes at Carol Woods range from $190,700 to $519,500, based on size, layout, and location. A monthly fee also applies and covers a range of services and amenities. All entrance fees are based on single occupancy; additional fees apply for double occupancy. Due to high demand and limited availability, many cottage floor plans have extended wait times.
