Apartments
Our senior apartments at Carol Woods are located in three buildings at the heart of campus, with wooded views and easy access to dining, wellness, and community spaces. Enclosed walkways connect you to the vibrant campus center. With multiple floor plans and customizable finishes, these low-maintenance homes offer comfort, connection, and convenience for active, independent living.

Cottages
Our one- and two-bedroom retirement cottages are set among quiet, tree-lined neighborhoods, a short walk to popular amenities and community spaces like the Assembly Hall, Social Lounge, and main dining rooms. Original cottages feature cozy, historic charm, while duplex options offer spacious layouts with modern kitchens and added storage. Every cottage includes a full kitchen, outdoor space, and wooded views, creating a warm, personalized setting for maintenance-free senior living.

Townhomes
Carol Woods townhomes offer one- to three-bedroom options just beyond the main campus. These two-level homes include open layouts, private decks, and generous storage.
