Carol Woods holds an ‘A’ credit rating from Standard & Poor’s who, in granting this rating, acknowledged Carol Woods’ “sound financial practices, strong board of directors, and excellent management team”.
Located in close proximity to both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University, Carol Woods residents enjoy an active lifestyle of learning, growing and contributing to both Carol Woods and the community at large.
